How to Use Fast Book in Tasks
1. Access Tasks and Work It: Navigate to the Prospects tab for prospect-related tasks or the Members/Customers tab for member-related tasks. If not already selected, click the Tasks tab to view the task list. Locate the task you wish to work and click the WORK IT button.

2. Open the Fast Book Tab: From the Work It panel, click the Fast Book tab. Select the type of appointment you want to book:
- Consult — Lists any service or class flagged as a sales consultation.
- Service — Lists any active service set up for your club.
- Class — Lists any classes set up as sales consults or Ad-hoc classes.

3. Select a Service or Class: Click on the desired Consult, Service, or Class to view the available booking options. If more than one duration is available, select the appropriate option to continue.

4. Select a Date: The screen will update to display available dates for the selected service or class. Use the following features to narrow down the options:
- Select a preferred trainer or staff member from the top right corner.
- Filter by time of day — morning, afternoon, or evening.
- Dates that are unavailable will appear in gray.
- Dates are color-coded from blue to red to indicate how likely the client is to keep their appointment. Dates shown in red are more likely to result in a kept appointment than those shown in blue.
Click the desired date to continue.

5. Select a Staff Member and Time: The next screen will prompt you to select the preferred staff member and appointment time. Trainers and times marked in red are more ideal than those marked in blue.
Note: There is an option to automatically default the trainer to whoever is currently logged into ClubReady. This setting can be enabled under Setup > Scheduling > General Settings.
Click the desired staff member and time block to proceed.

6. Confirm the Booking: Review the booking details and confirm the appointment. From this screen you can:
- Send email and text notifications to the client.
- Add any internal notes relevant to the booking.
Click Make The Booking to complete the appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between Consult, Service, and Class in Fast Book?
A: Consults list any service or class that has been flagged as a sales consultation. Services list all active services configured for your club. Classes list any classes set up as sales consults or Ad-hoc classes. The option you select will determine which booking options are displayed in the next step.
Q: What does the color coding on the date selection screen mean?
A: The color coding forecasts how likely the client is to keep their appointment. Dates shown in red indicate a higher likelihood of the client keeping the appointment, while dates shown in blue indicate a lower likelihood. Use this as a guide when helping the client select a date.
