Requirements - Member will need to have the Netpulse App downloaded to their phone and a Username and Password that has been provided by the club.
Using the Netpulse Apps
1. Make a Booking
To make a booking in a Netpulse App, the member will want to select Find a Class > Scroll to the Desired Date > Select the Desired Class > Book Now
2. Cross Club Booking
To make a booking in another location, the member will want to select Find a Class > Select the search location icon at the bottom > Search for, and select, the club location > Scroll to the Desired Date > Select the Desired Class > Book Now
3. Cancel a Booking
To cancel a booking in the Netpulse App, the member will want to select My Schedule > Classes > Select the Class > Cancel Now
Troubleshooting Steps for the Netpulse Apps
- Call to Book. If the member has a button that says 'Call to Book' instead of 'Book Now', first check to see if the client has available session credits or the appropriate amenity or membership type, or if they are past due. Also check to see if they have a profile at another location. If they are logging in with login credentials from another location, they will be unable to book.
- Login Issues. Only one account can be associated with an email address in Netpulse. It they get an error message that their email address is already in use, they will either have to contact the other location to have their email address removed, or they can reach out to Netpulse.
