What Is Emma?
- This platform will enable ClubReady clubs to send more targeted mailings to their clients that have opted into email marketing, as well as view response metrics and engagement of their client base.
.Before Getting Started
It is important to know that ClubReady integrations are managed at the brand level. Your corporate/brand marketing team will most likely be involved to set up your integration. This is because the integration setup involves entering your brand-level ClubReady API key which must not be shared outside their team. If you are the responsible party for following the steps outlined below, you must ensure that you are authorized by ClubReady to use the ClubReady API key.
Steps To Configure Integration
- Request your club's API key from ClubReady support.
- Create an account directly with Emma.
- Follow steps below to configure integration in Emma
How To Setup The Emma Integration
1. Create the contact fields in your Emma account that you will be mapping. NOTE: We recommend following the same naming convention as your fields in ClubReady. The fields available for mapping are as follows:
2. Once the integration has been enabled in your account, it will be available in your Audience Connect section.
3. Navigate to your account's Audience Connect section.
4. Click Connect ClubReady.
5. Enter the ClubReady API key and store ID.
NOTE: this step requires authorization from ClubReady that the API key can be used for your brand and location. Your corporate/brand marketing team should have this authorization from ClubReady.
6. Select a Group to map to. You can either map to an existing group or create a new group to sync to.
NOTE:If creating a new group, you might find it helpful to name it something intuitive like "ClubReady Sync". This group should only be populated by the sync.
7. Map your pre-created Fields or choose which fields you would like to ignore.
NOTE: If there are fields you would like to map that are not yet created, you will need to navigate back to your Audience page and create them before mapping.
8. Review the summary and click the checkbox to accept our Terms of Service.
9. Click Activate Sync
10. Navigate back to the Audience Connect section and verify the sync is in progress.
