This article will explain the Frozen Members widget.
Total Freezes - the total number of frozen agreements in the club and the revenue associated with those freezes.
NOTE: If a member has more than one frozen agreement, all agreements will be counted. Example: 1 member has 2 frozen agreements, and 12 others have 1 agreement frozen, the total will be 14.
New This Week - the total number of agreements that were frozen within the last 7 days and the associated revenue.
From Last Month - the number of frozen agreements this month compared to the number of frozen agreements on this day last month. A negative number means the club is unfreezing agreements faster than they are freezing them and could be considered a positive statistic.
90 Days Frozen - the total number of agreements that have been frozen for more than 90 days and their associated revenue.
NOTE: The review represents 1 month income, not the value of the entire agreement. Example: If a 6 month, monthly installment agreement is frozen during the 3rd month, the revenue shown is for 1 installment, not all 3.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with permissions to add/view this widget to their dashboard.
