Scheduling Reimagined Geared Up for Release

As our Scheduling Reimagined team prepares for the platform's general availability, training efforts have been focused on preparing end-users for the release. 

An August webinar first familiarized customers with the product by demonstrating improved features and functionality. The Q&A portion that followed allowed our training and product teams to provide insight into Scheduling Reimagined, addressing customer questions and concerns.

What's Next In Aurora? 

Aurora integration is underway, and the following features are set to be available by October 1:

• Aurora conversations and history will be embedded within ClubReady's Work It SMS panel with single sign-on authentication.
• Aurora tab will be added to the main menu with new message notifications. 
• And Aurora Dashboard will be available in the main menu. Sub menu links will direct users to All Conversations, Campaigns, Calendar, and Manage Templates. 
• While in a task, users will be able to log tasks as complete at the time a new message is sent.

Beyond October, current enhancement plans include: 

• Real time SMS communication preference updates between Aurora and Club Ready.
• Updating opt out preferences with Keyword Replies.
• Lead forms with TCPA consent.
