This article will guide you through the different way you can cancel an agreement that belongs to another location.
1. Check In Monitor
Navigate to Main > Check-In Monitor.
A selection box will appear Search Across All Locations to allow staff member to search across the chain.
Click on the client's name to proceed to their account. Select Agreements > Full Details to continue with the cancellation.
2. Quick Search Tool
Click on the magnifying glass next to your profile picture at the top right corner.
Type on the search tool the ClubReady Agreement ID you are trying to locate to cancel. Once typed, the member's name tied to the agreement will display for you to select. This will automatically advance you to the Agreement Summary page for the selected agreement
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Check In: Can view club check-in monitor
- Member Management : General - Can access client options
- Customer Management : Managing Agreements - Can view client agreements
- Customer Management : Managing Agreements - Can cancel agreements
