This article will guide you through understanding the steps to customize a staff's availability for the day. This feature updates only daily availability. It doesn't impact the set weekly availability. It is adding an exception to their availability for that day.
1. Access the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
2. Adjust Availability
Select the calendar icon next to the staff member's name.
From the pop up window, select + Add Range.
Drop downs will now be displayed for you to select From and To what times the staff will be available.
The calendar will now display their new availability for the day.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Can override trainer availability
