This article will guide you through the steps on how you can manually edit the date and/or time for a one-on-one service booking for a user.
1. Access the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
Click on the specific booking you need to adjust.
2. Change Date and Time
From the pop up window, select Edit in the Date and time field to choose the new preferred date and/or time.
Click Re-book to save your changes.
NOTE: The "Drag and Drop" feature can be utilized to change the time of a session. Simply click on the session in the Day view and drag the session to the desired time.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Scheduling: Can make bookings in unavailable periods
