This article will guide you through the steps on how to send your clients email confirmations and cancellation notifications.
1. Access the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings. Select either a time slot on the schedule or the Create Booking button in the upper-right corner of the schedule.
2. Send Confirmation Email
In the Add New Booking pop-up window, set up the booking and then select the checkbox to Send confirmation e-mail to client. Click Add to schedule the booking and send the email notification to the client.
3. Send Cancellation Notification
Click on the specific booking you need to cancel. When the booking window opens, select the Cancel Booking button.
From the Cancel Booking pop-up window, select the checkbox for Send confirmation e-mail to client. Click Cancel This Booking to complete the cancellation and send the notification email to the client.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Scheduling: Can cancel bookings - member cancellation
- Scheduling: Can cancel bookings - not member's fault
