This article will guide you through the steps of logging a one-on-one service booking.
1. Access the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
Click on the specific booking you need to adjust.
2. Log Booking
Within the Training information of the booking, locate the section to log the booking status. Here you’ll find three buttons to take different actions on the booking.
- Click the green check mark to log the booking as a show
- Click the red icon in the middle to log the booking as a no-show
- Click the red x to cancel the booking altogether.
If we click the green check mark and then close the booking window, we can see the upper right corner of the booking is green. This indicates the session has been logged as a “show” or in other words, it was completed.
If the middle red icon is selected instead of the green check mark, the booking will appear on the schedule with the upper-right corner colored in red. This indicates the booking has been logged as a "no show".
Note: To clear a booking status, simply open the booking and re-click the log option/icon that was previously selected.
