This article will guide you through managing blocked times for your instructors.
1. Access the Schedule: Navigate to Bookings.
2. Add a New Block Time Slot
a. Select the date and time in the grid view you wish to block.
b. Click + Create Booking > Block Out Some Time.
From the pop up window, select the Instructor, if you want to Block for all staff if they are not booked, Date, Time Slot Color, Start Time and End Time, and if you want to add an Optional Internal Note.
- NOTE: You can block on the quarter hour by typing in the time (example: 2:15, 7:45).
Click Add.
A confirmation note will display on the screen which will allow you to UNDO your changes if needed.
The new blocked time will now show on the schedule.
3. Edit Blocked Time
Search and select on the schedule the blocked time you wish to edit. From the pop up window, you can edit the Reason, For Instructor, Date and Time or select the trash icon to delete.
Click Save to update your changes.
4. Delete a Blocked Time
Locate the blocked time slot and click the trash icon to remove from the schedule.
