This article will guide you through cancelling a one-on-one service booking for a user.
1. Access the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
Click on the specific booking you need to adjust.
2. Cancel a Service Booking
From the pop up details window, select Cancel Booking.
Select from the following options:
- "X" wants to cancel - client loses session credit
- Cancellation is not "X" fault - client retains session credit
- Send confirmation email to client
- Send confirmation sms to client
- Optional Internal Note
Click Cancel This Booking.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
