This article will guide you through scheduling a one-on-one service for a user.
1. Access the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
You can schedule a new service by clicking on the time and instructor slot on the calendar or by clicking the + Add New button at the top of the screen.
2. Schedule a Service
From here, you have the option to schedule a Service, Class or Block Out Some Time.
Click on Service.
Complete the following:
- Instructor
- Service
- Client
- Date and Time
- Send confirmation email to client
- Send confirmation sms to client
- Optional Internal Note
Click Add.
3. Schedule a Service on Unavailable Times
Staff will need to have the proper permissions and complete the same steps mentioned above.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Scheduling: Can make bookings in unavailable periods
