This article will provide you with recommended steps on locating users who are on a reoccurring agreement and how to communicate their upcoming auto renewal payments.
ClubReady has been monitoring the proliferation of auto-renewal regulations being adopted by several states. While each state's laws vary slightly, all include the requirement that vendors must notify customers of their upcoming auto-renewal date. To help you identify such agreements, the Agreements Log report allow users to view or exclude agreements that are in evergreen status. When run, the report displays the agreement's evergreen invoice date. This information allows you to provide proper notice that an agreement will auto-renew in accordance with your state regulations.
1. Locate the Agreements Log (Expiring) Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Agreements Log > Expiring.
To specifically target members whose agreements will auto-renew within a given date range, select:
- "Exclude Paid In Full Sales"
