Factor4’s policy as stated on the gift cards is that all sales are final and there are no refunds. For this reason, a user is not able to refund the purchase of a gift card directly in ClubReady. We have prepared however for the fact that at some point there will be a valid reason to have to refund the purchase of a gift card.
Refunding the purchase of a gift card requires three separate tasks; refunding the purchase in ClubReady, cancelling the gift card with Factor4 and crediting the remit with a manual adjustment by the CR Finance Team.
Please Note:
- The brand that issued the card must make the request/approve it - cannot come from studio or member.
- A studio refunding something purchased with gift card can complete a standard refund (back to card).
- Purchases made using a gift card can be refunded directly by any user in ClubReady that has access to giving refunds.
1. Refund the purchase in ClubReady

- Only SuperAdmins have access to refund the purchase of a gift card in ClubReady.
- Refund the purchase the same as any refund by either
- clicking on the pencil next to the invoice on the invoice page or
- Clicking on the invoice number hyperlink and then clicking on the ‘Issue a Refund’ button.
- Cancel the gift card with Factor4
- Send an e-mail to support@Factor4Gift.com that includes
- An explanation of why we are asking them to cancel the gift card
- The club’s name and ClubReady number
- Send an e-mail to support@Factor4Gift.com that includes
- The date of the gift card purchase
2. The last four digits of the gift card to be cancelled
3. Ticket gets created and send to the CR Finance team to credit the remit the trust money from the gift card sale back to the club, remit adjustment.
