This article will guide you through the steps needed in order to edit the phone number that appears when a user/client is looking at their bank statement.
1. ClubReady Payment Gateway Settings
Navigate to Setup > Sales > Payment Gateways.
Customer Charges Show As - The club can adjust their phone number here.
NOTE: The phone number showing here is only visible when clients view their email notifications and not their bank statement.
2. Gateway Setting (Outside of ClubReady)
Please contact ClubReady Support at support@clubready.com to assist you further in making the changes on your Gateway profile and provide us with the new phone number.
