This article will guide you through the available tags when sending a blast text message or using Advanced Business Automation.
1. What are tags?
ClubReady has available tags for different kinds of communications such as booking related, agreement related, payments, club information and more. Tags are added in the text box to allow the system to automatically "fill in" the information. This also adds personalization to your content!
2. Tags Available for SMS Blast
Navigate to Prospects or Members > Text (SMS) tab.
You have the option to show me the tags I can use in text messages to display the full list.
You can click +ADD to include it on your text.
[firstname] - will be replaced by the persons first name
[lastname] - will be replaced by the persons last name
[lastcheckindate] - will be replaced by the persons last club check-in date
[lastcheckindaysago] - will be replaced by the number of days since the persons last club check-in
[pincode] - will be replaced by the persons pincode (if pincode check-in is used)
[creditcardlast4] - will be replaced by the last 4 digits of the persons card on file
[pastdueamt] - will be replaced by any amount the person has that is past due
3. Tags Available for Automation
[firstname] Will be replaced with person's first name
[lastname] Will be replaced with person's last name
[lastcheckindate] Will be replaced with person's last club check-in date
[lastcheckindaysago] Will be replaced with number of days since the person's last club check-in
[barcode] Will be replaced with person's barcode
[pincode] Will be replaced with person's pincode (if pincode check-in is used)
[creditcardlast4] Will be replaced with last 4 digits of the person's card on file
[pastdueamount] Will be replaced with any amount the person has that is past due
[username] Will be replaced with person's username
[locationname] Will be replaced with name of person's home club
NOTE: Tags will not work in one-on-one SMS texts through Work It.
