This article will guide you through the steps on how to cancel a booking for a user.
1. Access Class Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
This is the list view for the day, which displays all classes and services. Click the arrow next to the class to expand and view details.
2. Select Booking and Cancel
Click the 3 dots next to the client details > Cancel booking.
Select from the following options:
- "X" wants to cancel - client loses session credit
- Cancellation is not "X" fault - client retains session credit
- Send confirmation email to client
- Send confirmation sms to client
- Optional Internal Note
Click Cancel This Booking.
3. Cancel a Booking from a Class Roster View
Click on a specific group session when looking your classes from the Day, Week or Month view. You can choose the checkbox next to the user's name or the arrow to select based on booking status. A Cancel Bookings button will appear.
A pop up will display with the following options:
- Members wants to cancel - client loses session credit
- Cancellation is not members fault - client retains session credit
- Send confirmation email to clients
- Send confirmation sms to clients
Click Cancel This Booking.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Classes - Can access classes
- Scheduling - Can Cancel Bookings - Member Cancellation
- Scheduling - Can Cancel Bookings - Not Member's Fault
