This article will guide you through the steps on how to book a member into a class.
1. Access Class Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
2. Select Class
Click on the specific class you wish to add a booking and select + A New Class Booking.
Search for the user's name.
Select from the following options:
- Recurring Booking
- Send "x" email to
- Send a text message (requires credits)
- Note ("X" will not see it)
Click Make the Class Booking button to save your changes.
NOTE: A new client/prospect can be created and added to the class by selecting Add new client in the New Class Booking window.
In order for this button to show, the "Can add new client invoices" permission needs to be enabled.
3. Recurring Bookings
This option will be available when selecting a user.
Select the frequency and when you want the bookings to end (Specific End Date or based on No. of Occurrences).
Click Save.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Classes - Can access classes
- Classes - Can make class bookings
