This article will guide you through generating the Club Utilization Report. This report shows a calendar view of how utilized employees are each day during the selected month. Only employees available to be scheduled and their available work hours are used in this calculation. The calendar graph calculates how booked your trainers are compared to their current availability. Your trainers must have weekly availability set up.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Credits/Bookings > Club Utilization.
Select the month you want to view > Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
Each day of the month will be a different color, based on the percentage of how utilized your scheduled staff are. The color key located above the graph gives a percentage of how booked your trainers are, compared to their scheduled work hours.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
