This article will guide you through generating and understanding the Leads Added Report at the Corporate Level.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Access Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > Leads Added.
Choose your date and Select Division / District / Club from the drop down. You can also filter to view:
- Current leads - clients who are considered a Prospect/Lead at this present time
- All Users - clients who are currently a Prospect/Lead, including those who where previously a Prospect (but now could be a Member)
Click Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The following information will display:
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
