This article will guide you through running and understanding the Location Users Count in ClubReady. This report will display a total number of all prospects, members, and staff at the location.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Intelligence > Location User Counts.
Select Division / District / Club from the drop down and click Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
This report will contain the following information: Please Note: ALL clients under the Active Status will have an Active Expire To Date in ClubReady.

Location Name - The name of the location/club the report is being pulled from.
Division / District - The name of the division and district.
Prospects - Total amount of prospects at the location.
Total Active - Total Amount of Active Members
Active/Late - Total Amount of Active Members who are late on payments.
Third Party - Total Amount of Active Members in Third Party Status.
No Visit Past 30 Days - Amount of Active Members who have not visited the location in the past 30 days.
Inactive - Total of ALL Inactive members at the location.
Total Late - ALL clients at the location who are late on payments/fees.
Total Third Party - ALL clients place into a Third Party Status
Master Admins - Total number of staff with the Club Master Admin staff type at location.
Other Staff - Total number of staff with a staff type other than Club Master Admin.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
