This article will guide you through selling a sales package available for Corporate Sales.
Navigate to Main > Write Up New Agreement (or New Agreement depending on your menu style).
Search and select the desired client. From the form, Select A Company from the drop down.
Corporate Sales packages are derived from existing sales packages and will appear in the same folder as their original package. Company Employee Program Packages and Payroll Deduction Program Packages are broken out from the standard packages and will be placed at the bottom of the list.
1. Selling Company Employee Program Packages
CEP Packages follow the standard New Agreement Process.
When viewing the down payment, it should display the modified price set at the Company Setup inside the Corporate Sales settings. Click FINALIZE THE AGREEMENT to finish the agreement write up.
2. Selling Payroll Deduction Program
PDP Packages also follow the standard New Agreement Process.
Since these packages are paid for by the company they're setup for, on the last screen of the New Agreement Process, no down payment will be taken. Click FINALIZE THE AGREEMENT to finish the agreement write up.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
