This article will guide you through reopening a closed company invoice.
Navigate to Setup > Corporate Sales > Company Setup.
Click on the edit pencil next to the existing company profile.
Under the Invoices tab, click on the green plus sign next to the closed company invoice.
To reopen the invoice, click on the Reopen button. This will reopen all member invoices inside the company invoice and mark them as "unpaid". This allows changes to be made to the company invoice that were locked after it was closed.
NOTE: If there were any outstanding funds on the company invoice at the time it was closed, and there is now an available balance, the system will automatically apply those funds necessary to pay off the outstanding balance of the newly reopened invoice.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Member Management : General - Can setup and manage Corporate Sales accounts
