This article will guide you on adding your email to Advanced Business Automation DPR and reviewing the report.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Your service and/or class needs to be setup as a consultation to be viewed in this report.
- One of your classes needs to be setup as ad hoc
- Setup your DPR Targets and Metrics for the report to calculate your percentages (projected vs. target)
1. Access Your Report: To add your email to distribution list you will go to corporate level Setup > Communication > Internal Reports > Advanced Business Automation > Manage The Distribution List.
You can also access this report at the club level under Setup > Communication > Internal Reports > Advanced Business Automation > Manage The Distribution List.
2. Understanding Your Report
Summary Tab: You will receive your report daily to your email. The following fields are included in this report:
Total Leads Added - Total number of leads added for all contact types.
Calls Made - Number of calls made to leads.
Emails Sent - Number of emails sent to leads.
SMS Sent - Number of text messages sent to leads.
Consults Initially Scheduled - Number of consultations scheduled to occur on the report run date that haven't been rescheduled or cancelled.
Consults Initially Scheduled - Future - Number of consultations scheduled to occur after the report run date, but were created on the report run date and haven't been rescheduled or cancelled.
Consult Cancellations - Number of consultations scheduled to occur on the report run date that have been cancelled.
Consults Showed - Number of consultations scheduled to occur on the report run date where the client showed.
Consult Show % - Consults Showed / Consults Initially Scheduled.
Opportunities - Number of leads physically at the location. This includes walk-in leads and consults who showed.
Conversions - Number of leads converted to members on the report run date who were an opportunity.
Closing % - Conversions / Opportunities.
Conversions from Missed Opportunities - Number of leads converted to members on the report run date who were an opportunity in the past. (90 days prior).
Employee Detail Tab
The same export will include an Employee Detail tab with a list of all the staff members for the location. The following fields are included in this report:
Total Leads Added - Total number of leads added for all contact types.

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access internal reports setup
