This article will guide you through adding, removing and editing time clock entries for a staff from another home location.
Please Note:
- Both home studio and additional studio will need to have Barcode set up as the Check In Method.
- Additionally, the staff will need to be assigned a barcode.
- Barcodes can still be 4 numbers if interested in using a method similar to "pin code."

Preliminary Steps: Manually Adding a Time Clock Record
1. Get the staff member's Barcode Number: Click on their name (located under Staff tab), select 'Go To Options' to get her barcode number. If one is not listed, go to 'Time Clock Barcode' to add.
2. Log out Location A and log into Location B.
3. Update Check-in Kiosk: Under your 'Setup' tab, under the 'General' section open your 'Check In Web Kiosk page to check the 'Bar code Reader.' This will then present the 'Allow Manual Entry of Barcode.' (Make sure you click Update Kiosk Setup Settings!)
4. Next, scroll to the top and select the Check-In Kiosk link - you will now have the option to manually type in the barcode and submit. This will now clock your staff member in for current date.
Updating The Time Clock Payroll Report
1. Access Time Clock Payroll Report: Navigate to Setup > Staff > Time Clock Payroll > Generate Report.
2. Editing Time Clock Entries
Click the ID number of the staff from another location > Generate Time Clock Log Report. This will generate their log of clock ins/out for this location only. You can proceed by Manually Add A Time Clock In Entry or adjusting an existing time.
NOTE: You cannot add a Clock Out entry without first adding a Clock In.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Setup: can access setup
- Staff Management: Can edit staff time clock entries
