This article will guide you through setting club inventory reorder levels and setting notifications for when the reorder level has been reached.
To set the reorder level for a club you will be at corporate level Setup > Products > Product Reorder Levels.
A list of all locations within your chain will display here. You can locate them by district. Click on the edit pencil next to the desired location. Using the search tool, type the name of the product you are wanting to add a reorder level.

From here it will display the product Current Inventory and Current Reorder Level. Add the reorder level and click Update Level. Click Back To Setup to return to the locations list.
Notifications Settings
If you want an email to receive the notification the reorder level has been reached, enter the email and click the Add button. The email address you entered will appear in the list. You can also enter an email by district. If you wish to remove an email address click the red x to the right.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
