Silver Sneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that's included with many Medicare Plans. Silver Sneakers members can join gyms, community centers, and other participating fitness locations across the nation.
2. How to keep track of users with Silver Sneakers?
Step 1: Create Custom Text Field - This will allow you to add their Silver Sneakers ID on their profile at the time of sign up or when adding them as a prospect.
Step 2: Running Check In Export Report - This report will keep track of how many check ins does a Silver Sneakers have. This is based on the Custom Text Field (make sure you have completed Step 1 and have added their Silver Sneakers ID).
