This article will guide you through viewing an employee's booking history.
1. Access Staff Profile
Navigate to Staff > Lookup A Staff Member > Search and select the desired staff member > Go To Options.
Under the Scheduling category you will see View Booking History.
2. View Online Report
Use the calendars to select a date range to view booking history, or use a Preset Date Ranges. You can also choose:
Ignore Classes With No Bookings - If this is checked then classes that had no actual bookings will not be included in the report.
Include Cust Lost Sessions - If this is checked then sessions where a customer did not show up will also be included.
Select Generate Report.
The on screen report will display:
Booking ID - Identification number of the session
Date - Date of the class or session
Time - Time of the class or session
Customer - Customer/Member name, or number of class attendees
Session Type - Class or session name
Pay $ - Trainer pay for the class or session
Status - Status of the class or session (Completed, Primary Instructor, Secondary Instructor).
3. Export Report
Clicking on export above the on screen report will download an Excel report with the following information:
Booking ID - Identification number of the session
Date - Date of the class or session
Start Time - Start time of the class or session
End Time - End time of the class or session
Provider - Employee name
Customer - Customer/Member name, or number of class attendees
Grandfathered - If the class or session credit was grandfathered
Credit Added - When the credit was added to the customer's account
Paid Credit - If the credit was paid or not
Credit Invoice - If the credit was paid, the invoice number of the payment
Session Type - Class or session name
Package Name - Name of the sales package the credit came from
Payroll Eligible? - If the credit is eligible for payroll or not
Cost $ - Cost associated with the class or session
Pay $ - Trainer pay for the class or session
Status - Status of the class or session (Completed, Primary Instructor, Secondary Instructor)
Service Name - Service category name
Mins - Length of time in minutes of the class or service
Payroll Code - Payroll code of the service or class
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Staff Management: Can access staff menu tab
- Staff Management: Can access staff member options
- Staff Management: Can view staff members booking history
