This article will guide you through uploading a staff photo.
Navigate to Staff tab > search for the staff member. If you have never added a photo to the employee you can click on the + Add Photo icon. You may also select Go To Options.
To advance to the next step click the UPLOAD A PHOTO button. You may also select to add a photo if you are using a webcam.
Click on Browse to locate and select the desired staff photo and complete the upload by clicking Add Photo.
After clicking the Add Photo button the screen will update, displaying the new photo.
Verify the photo is correct. If you want to remove the photo click the REMOVE PHOTO button and you can then restart the process by selecting UPLOAD A PHOTO.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Staff Management:Can access staff menu tab
- Staff Management: Can update admin user ID photo
