This article will guide you through adding and accessing Internal Notes on staff profiles.
1. Add Internal Notes
Navigate to Staff > Lookup A Staff Member.
Select your staff member from the list of names and click the Go To Options button that appears under their name.
Under the Administrative section choose Add An Internal Note Related To This Staff Member. After typing up your note, select Add Internal Note.
2. Viewing Internal Notes
Navigate to Staff > Lookup A Staff Member.
Select your staff member from the list of names and click the Go To Options button that appears under their name. Under the Administrative section choose List All Internal Notes Related To This Staff Member.
You will be able to select and view the notes on this staff member's profile.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Staff Management: Can access staff menu tab
- Staff Management: Can add staff notes
- Staff Management: Can view staff notes
- Can delete notes posted by other staff members
- Can edit notes posted by other staff members
