The pin code can be used to clock-in and out through the kiosk and complete processing transactions at the POS. This article will guide you on how to add a pin code to a staff member, and includes both a video tutorial and written instructions.
1. Open the Staff tab.
2. Click on the desired staff (name).
3. Click Go to Option.
4. Click on Check In Kiosk & POS Pincode Setup.
5. Enter the desired pin code, and click Update Status.
Congratulations! You have just set and assigned a pin code to your staff member, be sure to share this information with them!
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Staff Management: Can access staff menu tab
- Staff Management: Can access staff member options
- Staff Management: Can manage staff pin codes for kiosk
