This article will guide you through how a user can book and start a virtual class.
1. Through the Mobile App
Log into the ClubReady Members Mobile App using your username and password.
To schedule a virtual class from the App, select the Classes icon in the Navigation Bar. A screen will appear with today's Full Class list.
Select your desired class time. You may also select the Filter option in the upper right corner to sort by part of day, class name, duration, instructor or location.
A screen will appear with your booking details. Select BOOK CLASS, and OK to confirm booking.
The user will receive a Booking Confirmation Email with the virtual meeting link for them to access the class.
NOTE: When a user clicks or copy/paste the virtual meeting link from the club email received, they will be marked as a "Show" for their booking.
2. Through The Client Portal
To make a booking through the Client Portal, the user will need to select Bookings > Class Schedules. Click MAKE BOOKING for the virtual class they want to join.
Once selected, it will prompt them to click it they want the system to Send Me A Confirmation Email. They will need to select in order to receive the Booking Confirmation Email with the virtual meeting link. Click Book Me Into This Class to complete booking.
When a client is logged into their customer portal, their homepage will display their upcoming bookings and when they click on the class or service they are booked into, the pop-up will display the virtual meeting link.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Setup Class with Virtual Meeting Link
