This article will guide you through locating clients that were within a class that may have been cancelled in error.
1. Booking Event Log
Navigate to Reports > Credits / Bookings > Booking Event Log.
From here, select the Cancellations option within the Show All Events drop down menu and filter the date range to the date that the class was cancelled. Additionally, you will be able to filter to the specific Class / Session type within the All Session Types drop down menu. Once the filters are set, click Run Report.
NOTE: When using the Cancellations filter, use the calendar to specify the date that the class was cancelled, not the date that the class was scheduled for.
After clicking Run Report, the web page report will populate.
Within the report, you will be able to locate the client's that were in the class using the First / Last Name columns. If you did not specify the class or service within the All Session Types drop down, scroll over in the report to locate the Booking Detail column, as this column will specify the class or service that the client was booked into.
