This article and video will guide you through assigning available credits to bookings that have no session credit assigned (unpaid).
1. Access Bookings & Session Credit Status
Search and select your customer. Click on the BOOKINGS icon to continue, or click on ALL DETAIL > Bookings > Bookings & Session Credit Status.
2. Locate the Unpaid Booking
The Customer Booking Overview will contain five tabs: Session Credits, Open Bookings, Cancelled Ok, Lost, and Completed.
Sessions without paid invoices can be found under Open Bookings and Completed tabs. In the above screen shot we are reviewing the Open Bookings tab. These are all of the customer's open bookings that have not been logged, or are scheduled for a date in the future.
Any booking without an invoice will have a red box labeled Not Paid - No Invoice. You will be able to add available session credits to a booking by date/time/trainer or by the booking number.
3. Assign A Credit
Click the Session Credits tab. Locate the credit that you will use to tie to the booking. Click the (calendar icon) to Tie This Credit To A Booking.
In the Tie This Session Credit to An Existing Booking window; you can select a booking from the drop-down or enter the booking id#. To complete assigning the credit to the booking click the Tie To Booking button.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Member Management : Credits & Bookings - Can view customer booking & session credit status
- Member Management : Credits & Bookings - Can re-assign paid session credits
