This article will guide you through setting the open and close dates for your club. This setting prevents your club members from scheduling themselves on closed days, but any staff with proper permission will still be able to make bookings on closed day.
Please Note:
- This feature is located under the Setup > General > Open/Closed Days.
Option One: Set Normal Open/Closed Days of the Week
If your business is not open on certain day(s) of the week (let's use Sundays as an example) you can utilize the Open/Closed Days to uncheck that day:
Option Two: Holidays
If you have a planned, one-off closed business day (let's use Christmas Eve and Day as our examples) you can schedule those dates with the Add A New Holiday (Closed Date) feature:
Upcoming Closed Dates: You will see a running list of all scheduled dates that have been added via the Add A New Holiday (Closed Date) option.
Viewing Closed Days & Holidays in the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings. The Closed Days and/or Holidays will display at the top of the day.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access open / closed days setup
