This article will guide you through controlling whether sessions are eligible for payroll.
1. Access Payroll Eligibility Setup
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > General Settings.
This setting flags bookings as not eligible for payroll after a set amount of non-client checkins (which also includes no-shows) or just no-shows. As soon as a client again checks-in at the kiosk then bookings become eligible for payroll again.
- Click Yes to enable Payroll Eligibility setting.
- Use the Drop down to select the number of Bookings in a row.
- Not a Client Session Checkin - This would be a trainer manually checking the Client in for a session.
- Logged No-Show - Is logging a session as the Customer did not show for session.
2. Manually Adjust Payroll Eligibility
Any non-eligible bookings can be made "eligible" later by a staff member with sufficient permissions to update.
Search and select the desired client under the prospect or customer/members tab.
Select Bookings > Click on the Booking ID number.
Payroll Eligible? - Click the edit pencil to select Yes / No.
