Option One: Re-Book in the Bookings Tab

Option One: Re-Book in the Bookings Tab
1. Locate Class: Within your Bookings tab, locate the class that the customer has booked - click to open the options.
2. Three Dots: Next to the customer's name click on the three dots to view options.
3. Re-Book: Select Re-Book.
4. Select New Class: Pick the new day and time, confirm contact information is correct, and confirm if emails need to be sent. Select Re-Book!
5. Confirmation (optional): Confirm on the new date that you see the customer is now listed.
Option Two: Re-Book in the Customer's Profile
1. Customer's Profile: Use the search window, Prospects, or Members tab to locate and open the customer's profile.
2. Bookings & Session Credit Status: Within the Bookings tab, open their Bookings & Session Credit Status.
3. Open Bookings: Locate the class that needs to be rescheudled within their Open Bookings tab, click on the Booking ID number.
4. Re-Book: Open the Re-Book tab, Select New Class, and confirm if emails need to be sent out. Click the Reschedule button.
5. Confirmation (optional): Confirm that the new date is now listed.
