Corporate Scorecard Setup
This video and article will guide you through adding and setting up metrics in your corporate scorecard.
NOTE: You only have one scorecard for a chain/corporation.
1. Access Scorecard Setup
Navigate to Setup > Sales & Metrics > Scorecard Setup.
Starting at the top of the scorecard there is a summary explanation of how the corporate scorecard is setup and how it works.
The first section of the scorecard is General Scorecard Settings where you will enter in your scorecard name, scoring range, whether a club can see other clubs results, and who should be contacted if there are any questions. To save your changes click the Update button.
2. Add Metrics To Your Scorecard
Scroll down the page to the next section labeled Build Your Scorecard - Add New Metrics To Your Scorecard. From the drop-down click select the desired metric and then click the button Add Selected Metric To Scorecard.
For the next step scroll down to the section Your Current Corporate Scorecard Definition. All of the metrics you added in the previous step will display. To edit a metric click the "show details" link to continue.
3. Active Your Metrics
To activate your new metric you will need to uncheck the Disabled check box and enter in the range for grades A through D. The range can either be a monetary or percentage depending on the metric you select.
The optional items are changing the name and the club description for the metric, changing the weighting for the final score, update the scores for grades A through D and check the check box if you want your change to update all previous score card months. Once you are done updating the metric click the button Update This Scorecard Metric to save your changes. Next to this button is a link remove this metric from your scorecard if you want this metric removed from the scorecard.
4. Add Staff To The Scorecard Email Distribution
The final section of the scorecard will allow you to publish the scorecard monthly to a list of email addresses. Enter in the email addresses separated by a comma and then click the button Update Distribution List to save your change.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
