This article and video will guide you through accessing a client's login to the Wellness Portal. This allows you to view what this client will see when logging in and lets you make changes on their behalf.
1. Locate the Client
Find the client under prospect or member/customer lookup and click on their name. On the client summary page, click on Login As.
Alternately, you can go to All Detail > General > Access Their Login Area.
2. Login As The Client
Confirm that you want to access their login area. Once logged in, you can view the client's Wellness Portal and make changes on their behalf.

1. If I login to a client's Wellness Portal and make changes, will it show that I made the changes or the client made the changes?
ClubReady is assuming the login of the client. Any changes made are on behalf of the client and will be considered as changes made by the client.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.

- Member Management : General - Can access a customers login area
