This video and article will guide you through the adding staff to the No Show Daily notifications at the Corporate level. This report will show a daily summary list of sessions that were not logged as completed the previous day.
Navigate to Setup > Communications > No Show Daily Report.
All districts of the corporate chain will be listed in rows. Locate the desired district(s) and enter in the staff email and click the Add button to complete the change.
The staff email will appear in the list for that district.
To remove click the red x to the right of the email.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - General: Can access corporate setup
