This article will explain how to run the Corporate Sales Tracking Report which is available in chain clubs at the corporate level.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- This report is only available within the corporate portal.
1. Access The Report
Navigate to Reports at the corporate level > Sales > Corporate Sales Tracking > select a date range.
After you generate this report, you will see a list that is created that shows the Club Location and the clubs actual numbers vs. their projected targets set at Corporate.
2. Understanding Your Report
Club Location - this is one of your clubs as it's name appears in ClubReady.
Agreements Sold - Number of agreements sold during the period that you ran this report.
Sold (% Vs. Target) - This compare the number of agreements sold vs. the club target.
Monthly Target Revenue - This the locations monthly target revenue.
Agreements by New Customers (% Vs. Target) - This is the number of agreements purchased by first time buyers.
Monthly New Customer Target - This is the location's target number of new buyers.
$ from New Customer (% Vs. Target) - This is the $ amount from new customer with the % of the club's target.
Agreements by Existing Customers - This is the number of agreements purchased by customers who have had previous agreements.
$ from Existing Customers (% of Revenue) - This is the $ amount from existing customer with the % of the club's revenue.
You may also export this report into an excel view.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
