This article explains how to run the Corporate Sales Tracking report, available to the chain clubs at the corporate level. The report compares each location's actual sales to corporate-set targets. Tracking sales centrally helps identify trends, support underperforming locations, and aligns efforts with company goals.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- This report is only available within the corporate portal.
- Target (or goal) is established by corporate in the Sales & Metrics page; learn more here.
- Option to export the file.
- Requirements: A 'Maser Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions: Corporate - Reporting: Can access reports (must be in enabled to see any reports).
Access the Report
Navigate to Reports at the corporate level > Sales > Corporate Sales Tracking > select a date range.
Understanding Your Report
Select Division/District/Club: Option to select your report to only show by a specific Division, District and/or Club.
Location Name: Name of your location, as its name is listed in ClubReady.
Agreements Sold: Total number of agreements sold.
$ Sold: Total agreement sales, based on the agreement's full value price. This metric reflects the New Total Invoice (total contract value) and is used to track progress against the monthly sales target.
Revenue Target (Ranged*): The target for total revenue made for agreement sales. This metric is derived from the New Total Invoice (total contract value)/Month target.
Revenue Target Percentage (Ranged*): Percentage towards target for agreement sales. This metric is derived from the New Total Invoice (total contract value)/Month target.
Agreements by New Customers: Total number of agreements sold by new customers; new customers are identified by their customer's profile ID. This metric reflects the New Member/Month and is used to track progress against the monthly sales target.
New Customer Target (Ranged*): Total number of new agreement sing-ups. This metric is derived from the New Member/Month target.
New Customer Target Percentage (Ranged*): Percentage towards target for new agreement sign-ups. This metric is derived from the New Member/Month target.
$ From New Customers (% of Revenue): Total revenue amount made by new customers.
Agreements by Existing Customers: Total number of agreements purchased by customers who have had previous agreements.
$ from Existing Customers (% of Revenue): Total revenue amount made from existing customers with the percentage of the club's revenue.
*Ranged: The target (or goal) multiplied by the percentage of the target months that the report is ran for. For example, there is a monthly target of $5,000 for New Customer Target and you run the report for only 6/1-6/15, your Ranged target is 50% of $5,000 (or in other terms $2,500).
