This video and article will guide you through selecting what method(s) of notification to send reminders to clients based on the class or service they book at the Corporate level.
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Booking Reminders.
To enable booking notification reminders click On. If you have various services or classes you can use the drop-down to filter between each. For each service and class you can enable or disable Email, SMS and/or Mobile App Push.
NOTE: You will need to make sure you have enough communication credits in ClubReady to send clients SMS texts due to the cost per text.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
