This video and article is a short synopsis of how to run the Internal Reports; reports and notifications that can be sent to staff via email.
NOTE: All ClubReady Internal Reports will display on your email inbox as coming from mailsystem@clubready.com.
1. Access Internal Reports
Navigate to Setup > Communications > Internal Reports.
Daily Operation Summary By Location - This is a daily summary email that provides a summary of club operational stats. Click HERE to learn more.
Daily Marketing & Gross Projections By Location - This is a daily summary email that provides a summary of club marketing and gross performance. Click HERE to learn more.
Daily Production Report - This provides a summary of bookings, agreements, and monies for the previous day. Click HERE to learn more.
Agreement Amenity Report - This is a bi-monthly report showing all agreements sold by amenity included. Click HERE to learn more.
Invoice Change Report - Daily invoice change summary report. Click HERE to learn more.
Freezes Ending - This report is sent on the last day of each month. It shows list of freezes set to end during the following month. Click HERE to learn more.
2. Managing Reports
To add staff members to the distribution list click on the Manage The Distribution List button located to the right of each report summary.
Type in the email address and click the Add A New Email button.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - General: Can access corporate setup
