This video and article will assist you with the steps on how to create a file folder at the Corporate level which can be used to manage and organize files.
Navigate to Setup > Other Corp Setup > File Categories.
Folder Name - Type in the desired name for the file folder.
Choose A Parent Folder - If the folder being created is a sub folder of an existing folder (a folder within a folder), select the name of the parent folder. If not, select as Root Level (No Parent).
Select Who can See The Folder - Select who is able to see the folder.
Click Create New File Folder. The newly created folder will appear under the Current File Folders list. The settings of the folder can be edited by clicking the edit pencil and the folder can be deleted by clicking on the red x icon.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - General: Can access corporate setup
