This article will walk you through setting up and branding the login page for your club. This is the login page your staff and/or members will need to access the ClubReady site.
NOTE: This will be beneficial for franchises that want their to keep their login pages consistent, but will allow for multi brand chains or individual studios to have their own design.
1. Uploading the images to the files section
Navigate to Main > Files > Upload A New File > Choose the file > Select the Folder you want to store the images in > Upload.
Once you have uploaded the image, navigate to the folder you stored it in and click the file. This will open it in another tab where we can copy the URL for the image URL. Repeat this with the different images if applicable.
2. Creating and Branding the Login Page
Navigate to your Corporate Portal > Setup > Other Corp Setup > Branding > Login Page.
Templates - Currently we offer one template with the ClubReady brand. Users cannot at the time create a template.
Subdomain - This will be used in the front of the login URL. *Do not add "clubready.com" (Example: mygym.clubready.com)
Tab icon URL - When you are on a web browser, the image on the tab in the top left-hand corner. Enter the URL from the previous step for the image.
Background Image URL - The image is stretched across the entire page by default. Use the Tile toggle if you prefer this image be tiled. Enter the URL from the previous step for the image.
Login Image URL - Club/franchise logo. Enter the URL from the previous step for the image.
To determine the colors, you can enter in the HTML color code or use the color picker to select a color for each. To match colors perfectly, use the Eye Dropper plugin in Chrome.
Background Color - If a background image isn't used or doesn't work, this color will be the background instead.
Login Background Color - This will be used as the background color for a small area around the login controls.
Text Color - If no image is entered in Login Image URL, the club name will appear instead, and this is the color of the club name.
Forgot Password Text Color - The text color for "Forgot Username or Password"
Forgot Password Text Hover Color - Text color for when you over over "Forgot Username or Password"
Button Color - The background color of the "Login" button
Button Hover Color - The color of "Login" button when you hover over it
Button Text Color - The color of the text "Login"
Gradient Bar Colors (1,2,3) - At the top and bottom of the login page box, if you want the bar to create a moving gradient affect then you would select a dark color, light color and a dark color again. If you do not want it to move then all 3 boxes should be the same color.
Lock Page at Club Level? - If toggled Yes, when clubs try to access branding setup under Setup > General > Branding > Login Page, it will say "These settings are not editable at the club level. Please use the link above to access your corporate login page.
Click Update to save.
Once this information is saved, "view how current login page looks" will appear at the top of the page. When you click on it, you can see what the login page looks like.
Two new buttons will appear at the bottom once you have saved.
Update Club Login Redirect URLs? – Clicking this button will update the redirect URLs for all the clubs in the chain. You may need to use this again if new clubs are added to the chain.
Update Club Logout URLs? - Clicking this button will update the Logout URLs for all the clubs in the chain. You may need to use this again if new clubs are added to the chain.

- Club Setup: Can access branding setup
