This article will walk you through viewing and understanding the Conversion by Location Report at the Corporate level. This report shows breakdown by club of new prospects added, conversion and gross by date range. For membership conversion, the date range applies to date new prospects added. Internal conversion the date range applies to new members added (conversion to members with services like PT, etc).
Please Note:
- The retrieval of both reports are limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- These reports reflect outcomes in real-time.
- This report is only available within the corporate portal.
1. Access Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Intelligence > Location Conversion.
Select your Date Range or choose a Preset Date Range. You may choose to filter by Division / District / Club. Select if you want Membership Conversion or Internal Conversion (To Services). Click Generate Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
Location Conversion will display Location Name, Prospects Added, Consults, Consult Shows and Converted. You can choose to export the same report on an Excel document which will show Location Name, Location ID, Prospects Added, Consults, Consults Shows, Consults Shows % and Converted.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Corporate - Reporting: Can access metrics: conversion by location
