This article will guide you through locating and entering information into custom text fields for clients.
1. Access Client Profile
Search and select the desired client. Click the PROFILE icon. You can also navigate to ALL DETAIL > General > Edit Their Profile.
2. Edit Custom Text Field
The Edit Customer Profile screen will appear. Custom categories will appear highlighted in yellow. Find the custom field and enter in the desired value. Once you have made your selections click on Click To Update to save your changes.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Prospect Management - Can access prospects lookup
- Member Management : General - Can access client options
- Member Management : General - Can edit client profiles
