This video and article will guide you through on how to lookup a staff member and the managing options available at the Corporate level.
Lookup a Staff Member
Navigate to Staff > Lookup A Staff Member.
Use the search box to start typing in the name of the staff member. The Staff List will display the results of your search. You can also Filter By Staff Login Type or Other Filters.
Managing Options
1. Change Staff Type
Click on the edit pencil next to the staff member's current staff type. Select from the drop down the new staff type.
2. Edit Staff Profile
From here you can edit personal information such as their Login Type, Date of Hire, First Name, Last Name, Address, Cell Phone and Email Address. You are able to add Emergency Contact Information, ADP Payroll Specific Fields, and Login Info (ClubReady username and password). ADP Payroll information will appear on certain payroll and commission reports. These numbers are used for a reference and do not integrate directly into ADP.
3. Reset Password
When selecting this option, ClubReady will automatically send out an email to the staff to have them reset their password to access the system.
4. View Time Clock IN / OUT Log
This option allows you to generate a report and manually add clock entries for the staff. you will need to select the desired date range to see if there are any existing clock-in/out records. Click the Generate Time Clock Log Report button.
5. Disciplinary History
You can go through adding and reviewing a disciplinary record for this staff.
6. Delete Staff
When selected, the staff member will go into an Inactive Status. Any historical reference to them in bookings, payroll etc. will still remain.
Adding Multi Club Access
On the left side of the screen you will see Current Location Access. Here is where you will be able to add a new location.
Click the Add New Location to locate and select additional locations this employee will be able to access. After selecting each location the staff member may have access to click Add to save these changes.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - General: Can access corporate setup
- Corporate - General: Can access staff tab
